Bibloteka e Fakultetit te Mjekesise ndodhet ne godinen kryesore dhe eshte e hapur nga ora 8.00-16.00 , ne sherbim te studenteve te Fakultetit te Mjekesise. Ndryshe quhet "e-library" per faktin se ne te pervec studimit te pergjithshem ka literatura online qe mund te shkarkohen ne kompjuterat e biblotekes. Gjithashtu Fakulteti i Mjekesise u ofron studenteve mundesine per te aksesuar ne kerkime shkencore si "HINARI" dhe "UP-TO-DATE" .
